I started F-EAST Collective with two other friends to share our love of cooking, baking and feeding people through supperclubs and selling at markets. The 'F' stands for Far-east, a nod to our roots in Singapore and our Asian heritage.

The Art of the Supperclubs
I started my supperclub journey in early 2024, after being made redundant from work. I don't see it as time lost, but an opportunity to fully immerse in creativity through food. Slowly but surely more dinners were planned, feeding from a small group of 6 at home to a large crowd of 60 at the ESEA Community Centre. Part of the fun was planning and designing my menus, and to a certain extent, tablescaping, if there was a bigger budget. Here are some menus that I've designed for my dinners.
