Bathtub Gin’s collaboration with Belgravia in Bloom Festival 2025 saw the launch of a limited edition bottle and a pop-up bar in central London. Following the theme ‘Through the Seasons,’ I illustrated British flowers that grow typically throughout the year and encapsulated them as a visual timeline on Bathtub Gin's iconic brown paper-wrapped bottle. These were then translated into other event assets such as serving cups, a trike stand, and menus.
The Process
Researching and planning the flowers to wrap around the bottle.
Envisioning the bottle as a floral almanac.
Earlier renditions of the flowers were too detailed and illustrated individually. This meant that the illustrations on the wrap looked disjointed, with varying levels of detail on each flower.

I wanted a crafted, raw and loose interpretation of the flowers, similar to 19th-century impressionist art. And the best way was to draw the entire wrap as a scene rather than focusing on individual elements and comping it together.
